PRODUCT RESEARCH
As a result of the product research conducted in line with your target prices by meeting with factories on-site, the manufacturer is determined by considering the quality and prices.
CUSTOMS LEGISLATION
A legislation research is conducted regarding the product/products you plan to import. All kinds of support are provided for all your customs questions during the import process.
COSTS
Estimated door delivery costs related to the product(s) you plan to import are prepared and presented in a report.
SAMPLE
Sample sending is organized so that the right sample is delivered to you at the right time. Except for the manufacturer factory’s request and the shipping cost, no extra fee is charged for the sample.
CONTRACT AND PURCHASE
The contract to be signed between you and the manufacturer is prepared in Chinese and English. The items you request are included in the contract. Our company submits the documents related to the payment following the signing of the contracts before starting production.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our company performs the necessary quality control for the production to occur as specified in your contract. Our expert quality control personnel are sent to the manufacturer factory only on the condition that transportation and accommodation costs are covered. The quality control report prepared by our staff is delivered to you before uploading.
LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMS
After completing the manufacturing process, logistics research about your product, port transfer, the installation process, and all customs procedures.

Project Initiation & Research
The project file is opened on behalf of your company. For your project file; information about your company and technical details and samples of the products/products you request (if necessary) are sent to our company by you.
(Note: The sample delivery fee belongs to the importer company)
A one-time feasibility and research fee of 500 USD + VAT is collected from firms consulting with us for the first time. (Note: The project fee received does not include the sample and shipping costs). In line with this information you have provided, Swotre Foreign Trade presents the prices, customs legislation, and approximate custom delivery costs related to your product/products in a report. We also organize sample delivery upon your request.
1) Approval and Order
If you approve the report, the order stage is started. The payment documents are delivered to you at this stage, and an agreement is signed with the manufacturer.
2) Production and Loading
After the production is completed, Swotre Foreign Trade organizes the loading on your behalf. After the loading documents are delivered to you, our project cost will be collected. Our project cost is 500 USD for orders of 10,000 USD and below, or 5% for orders of 10,000 USD and above.
3) Customs and Final Delivery
After your products/products arrive in your country, the documents required for customs clearance are delivered to the customs broker, and receiving from customs is followed by us.
